About me
I'm Angela, founder of Prokopi Advisory. I started Prokopi Advisory because I kept meeting business owners who were working hard and growing revenue, but not getting the financial insight and support they needed to move forward with confidence. Often, the numbers were only part of the issue. Behind them were gaps in reporting, finance processes, systems and decision-making.
That perspective has been shaped by more than 20 years in senior finance roles across growing businesses and large organisations. I’ve worked across financial performance, planning and reporting, improved finance processes and systems, and represented Finance through major business and systems transformations. I’ve seen what good finance looks like at different stages of growth, and how the right processes, information and financial capability can make a real difference.
Today, I bring that experience to businesses that need senior finance expertise, whether that’s improving performance and planning, providing Virtual CFO support, or helping improve how finance works.
My approach is hands-on, practical and focused on outcomes. I work closely with business owners and teams to understand what’s happening, identify what needs to change and put improvements in place.
