About me
I’m Angela Amar, a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and founder of Prokopi Advisory. I help growing businesses strengthen financial visibility, improve performance, and build the finance foundations needed for their next stage of growth.
I started Prokopi Advisory because I saw many business owners working hard, making bigger decisions, but still not getting the financial insight or senior support they needed. Often, the numbers were only part of the issue. Behind them were gaps in reporting, processes, systems, and decision-making.
My perspective has been shaped by a career spanning business advisory and finance leadership. I began by working closely with founder-led businesses, gaining first-hand insight into the realities of running and growing a business. Over time, I built broader experience across finance, systems, and process improvement, which now allows me to combine commercial understanding with the structure, discipline, and visibility growing businesses need.
My approach is hands-on, clear, and focused on outcomes. I work closely with business owners to improve visibility, solve issues behind the numbers, and put the reporting and processes in place to support better decisions.
Prokopi Advisory was created to give growing businesses access to senior finance support that is experienced, practical, and close enough to the business to make a real difference.
